Instructions for use: Remove all outer packaging and ensure that the fabric is clean and dry before use. Place the Hot-Pak in a microwave and heat according to the guide on package. Ensure that the microwave is clean and turntable can rotate freely. To cool, place in a freezer bag and freeze for several hours.

Care instructions: Surface clean regularly with a damp sponge and air dry before use. In the event of overheating allow to cool fully and return to room temperature. Dispose of in normal household waste if worn or damaged. Store in a cool dry place. Do not allow contents to get wet.
