Children ages 4-8 years: Take 1 gummy bear once per day with a meal. Adolescents ages 9 and above, and adults: Take 1-2 gummy bears once per day with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
